Hayden AI, a provider of vision AI solutions for smarter cities, has been named one of Forbes’ 2026 America’s Best Startup Employers, recognising the company’s mission-driven workforce.

CEO Marty Beard credited the achievement to the company’s staff: “Hayden AI’s exceptional employees are the backbone of this company. What sets us apart is the rare combination of world class expertise we’ve brought together under one roof, from innovative hardware engineering and deep vision AI expertise, to transportation and smart city policy. This recognition belongs to all of our employees, and it fuels our commitment to keep building our workplace.”

The company’s platform is currently deployed across 10 major US cities, where its automated transit zone enforcement technology is improving bus on-time performance, reducing collisions along bus routes, and cutting parking violations at bus stops.

Hayden AI combines advanced vision AI with vehicle-mounted hardware to analyse urban environments in real time, with the goal of enhancing road safety and public transit reliability.

The Forbes recognition reflects growing industry acknowledgement of AI-driven tools transforming urban mobility, as transit agencies increasingly turn to automated enforcement solutions to keep bus networks running efficiently.
