Czech software developer Incinity has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant for its Invipo platform, enabling traffic operators to query live network data using natural language from within the system’s existing interface.
The new feature, which was demonstrated publicly at Intertraffic 2026 in Amsterdam earlier this month, allows users to ask questions about specific locations or network-wide conditions and receive instant responses based on real-time data — without navigating away from the monitoring environment.
Natural language access to live traffic data
The AI assistant is designed to reduce the time operators spend manually searching through different parts of the system. By working within the same interface used for monitoring and evaluation, it removes the need to switch between tools or dashboards to retrieve operational information.

“Our long-term goal is to simplify working with complex data and make it more accessible to users. This new tool helps operators interact with information in a more natural and efficient way, while fully preserving their role in traffic management,” says Tomáš Novosad, product and business development director at Incinity.
Beyond day-to-day operational queries, the assistant can also help users explore relationships between data sets and model the potential impacts of traffic management changes — supporting longer-term planning as well as immediate incident response.
Incinity, based in Zlín, Czech Republic, develops Invipo as a software integration platform for smart city and intelligent transport system (ITS) management. The platform has previously received the Intertraffic Innovation Award in Amsterdam, a Smart City Service Award in Seoul, and a Best Innovation Company award in the Czech Republic.
