Osceola County, Florida has implemented a new Traffic Management Advisory System (TMAS) using Causeway Technologies’ one.network platform to coordinate right-of-way activities and distribute traffic information to drivers through navigation applications.
The system addresses transportation management needs in an area that includes part of Walt Disney World and ongoing I-4 reconstruction work. The county selected the platform to support lane closure coordination, construction activity management and public communication about traffic conditions.
TMAS connects the county’s Transportation and Transit departments with navigation services including Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps, distributing real-time information about road closures and work zones to drivers.
Osceola County deployed three modules from the one.network platform: Plan Share, Traffic Management and Live Link.

The Traffic Management module handles coordination between county departments, utility companies and contractors for roadwork planning and right-of-way management. The system also supports emergency event response.
Plan Share provides traffic control plan review workflows and visualization tools that display proposed closures and potential scheduling conflicts on map interfaces.
The Live Link mobile application allows county crews to transmit work zone locations, lane closures and speed limit reductions directly to navigation applications.
The county has also embedded the one.network platform’s map on its website, giving residents access to current road closure and construction information. Users can register for location-specific traffic notifications.
“We’re proud to support Osceola County as they lead the way in delivering smarter mobility, greater transparency, and safer streets for their community,” says Paul Madeira, chief international growth officer at Causeway Technologies. “TMAS is a great example of how local governments can harness technology to work more efficiently and serve the public better.”
