Traffic Technology International (TTi) and Kapsch TrafficCom are to host a live webinar bringing together some of the industry’s most influential voices on vehicle-to-everything (V2X) tolling technology on December 4, 2025. International timings: 9am Los Angeles; 11am Chicago; 12pm New York; 5pm London; 6pm Berlin
The live roundtable discussion, titled Tolling is Getting a Glow Up – Are You Ready for V2X?, will feature five high-caliber experts representing the full spectrum of V2X tolling stakeholders – from vehicle manufacturers and toll road operators to technology providers. And will close with the opportunity for the live audience to put their own questions to the panel.

“This is a really distinguished set of experts from across the industry, who are sure to create lively discussion,” says Tom Stone, editor of TTi who will host the event. “I’m really looking forward to bringing together these diverse perspectives to help agencies and transportation leaders understand what V2X means for the future of road funding and operations.”
Discussion topics will include challenges of scaling from pilots to real-world implementation, financial sustainability implications, and the path toward a fully connected mobility ecosystem. The panel will review data and lessons learned from North Carolina’s V2X pilot, described as the world’s first production-level V2X toll collection system.
Attendees will also hear about the vehicle manufacturer perspective on V2X technology and explore how connected vehicle systems could transform tolling into a more seamless and efficient experience while impacting infrastructure costs and safety services.
