Traffic and Parking Control Co (TAPCO) has announced the acquisition of Logix ITS, a prominent provider of connected traffic solutions, in a move that will create one of the most comprehensive intelligent transportation system (ITS) platforms in North America.
Logix ITS serves thousands of customers across the US and Canada through its Traffic Logix, All Traffic Solutions, and Parking Logix brands. Its offerings span speed calming, traffic flow optimization, and parking technologies, supported by a unified cloud platform and a robust direct sales network.
The company is known for its hardware innovation and scalable software, which delivers real-time traffic data and insights to more than 4,000 cities, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, and commercial organizations.
The acquisition strengthens TAPCO’s position in the ITS space, combining its vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution capabilities with Logix ITS’s technology and established customer base. Together, the companies aim to improve road connectivity and safety outcomes across North America.
