Small and medium enterprises from the UK interested in being part of the ITS European Congress in Seville, Spain, this May are being urged to snap up a place on the UK Pavilion before all the space runs out.

The cost-effective exhibition opportunity at the event in Seville is being offered by the Transport Technology Forum and Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), supported by the Department for Transport, Innovate UK and ITS UK.

Seven companies have taken up the offer to showcase their innovations in transport technology on an international stage. WJ are both exhibiting and sponsoring the UK Pavilion Reception, with AGD Systems, Agilysis, Angoka, Immense, Nicander and Now Wireless joining them on the stand.

As well as an individual pod space, these SMEs will enjoy high-profile branding, inclusion in marketing material and on-stand videos, as well as exhibition passes, and invitations to any delegation receptions and introductions to the Department of Business and Trade team in Spain.

Five remaining packages are available. These are priced extremely cost-effectively thanks to funding support from the Department for Transport and Innovate UK.

“After hosting successful pavilions at the previous ITS European Congress in Lisbon two years ago, and at last year’s ITS World Congress in Dubai, we know how much SMEs value their participation,” says LCRIG CEO Paula Claytonsmith. “As well making connections and networking with peers from across the world, finding potential business partners and meeting industry experts, they benefit from a lot of publicity through LCRIG and the TTF, and our media partners.”

Participants will not only get to promote themselves, but also get to experience leading smart mobility solutions and take part in the conference, giving them an opportunity to learn about the latest ITS technologies and implementations. The Congress, with is being reported on by TTi extensively in its role as official media partner, is attracting more than 5,000 visitors, alongside a hundred other exhibitors.

The event takes place at the Seville Congress Centre, Fibes, from 19-21 May. With extremely limited space remaining, SMES are urged to sign up as soon as possible.
