Following the acquisition of the Elmore Group in July last year and successful integration with its existing operations in Ireland over the past six months, Swarco has formally rebranded the combined business to Swarco Ireland Ltd.
The business, based in Dublin, will continue to leverage the capability and solutions of both Swarco and Elmore Group’s end-to-end solutions to deliver its full combined portfolio of turnkey intelligent transport systems (ITS) and solutions to new and existing customers.
“I’m excited to announce this new, unified identity bringing the Elmore Group team under the Swarco umbrella as one business following the acquisition last year,” said John Pickworth, Swarco’s head of region for the UK and Ireland. “It marks a significant integration milestone and growth opportunity, further enhancing our capability in Ireland.
