Robot Visual Systems, which has been a 100% percent subsidiary of Jenoptik for over 10 years, is now trading under the name of Jenoptik Robot. This is accompanied by a change in external corporate presence under the umbrella Jenoptik brand. Jenoptik Robot is a central component of the traffic safety division within the German optoelectronics group. The Robot head office in Monheim am Rhein and all contact persons will be retained.
It is hoped that there will be new opportunities that will result from the company’s uniform presence within the Jenoptik group. Robot's components, together with its comprehensive services and complete systems, which have been well-known for more than 75 years, can now be offered internationally by the Jenoptik group with greater impact.
Jenoptik’s traffic safety division develops, produces and markets components and systems relating to road traffic, including speed and red light surveillance units as well as OEM products and installations for traffic monitoring.
